SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they
hereby are, appointed as members of the Architectural Board as created in
Ordina~ce No. 21-70 known as the "Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio":

SECTION 2. That the above-named persons shall serve as
members of the Village A rchitectural Board until the first meeting of Council
in the year 197~, and until their successors are appointed, or until their
earlier death, resignation or removal from office for cause.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed acting as the
Architectural Board shall perform the functions and duties as prescribed and
defined by Ordinance No. 21-70, known as the "Zoning Code of the Village of

SECTION 5. The members of the Architectural Board
shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby
, is. declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate

I preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that an

- Architectural Board is immediately necessary to perform the functions and
duties prescribed by Ordinance No. 21-70, and that this ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its passage.
