AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IN
THE V I LLAGE OF DUBLIN: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

ceived for construction of said system and Federal E.P.A.
has reviewed and approved the bid of the contractor sub-
mitt i n 9 the lowest and best bid: and
WHERFAS, Counc i I has determined that the bid of Concrete
Construction roo I nr. ~or said construction in the amount

SE8TION I . That the bid o~ Concrete Construction Co. I nc. for
the construct ion of said system in accordance with the sper-
ifications presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk- Treas-
urer he, anrl herehy IS, accepted.
SJ:CTION 2. That the Vi I lage Administrator and the Clerk- Trea-
surer be, and they hereby are, directed to execute a contract
in the name of the Vi I lage with the said Concrete Construction
Co. Inc. for the construction of said system in accordance
with the specifications presently on fi Ie in the office of the
0 Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid of Con-
crete ronstruction Co. I nc.
SEC'TION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
declared to he an emerQency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the publ ic peace and safety for the
reason that a Municipal Sewage Collection System is badly
needed in the V i II age, and that this Ordinance shal I take
effect and he In force immediately upon its passage.
