of Dub I in, State of Ohio,_ _ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the bids, as listed above, for said Equipment
-and Accessories in accordance with the specifications presently
on fi Ie in the office of ~he Clerk-Treasurer be, and they hereby
are accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi I lage Administrator and the Clerk-Treas-
urer be, and they hereby are, directed to execute contracts In
the name of the Vi Ilage with the said lowest and best bidders
I isted above for said Equipment and Accessories in accordance
with the specifications presently on fi Ie in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the bids listed above.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the publ ic
