AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR
"DUB L I N PARK IMPROVEMENTS" : AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 52-75 bids have been re-
C ceived for said "Dubl in Park Improvements" and:
WHEREAS, Counc i I has determ i ned that the bid of JACK ~o:, lIve,
for said improvements in the amount of $ ./

is the lowest and best bid: .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA~ by the Counci I of the Vii lage
of Dublin, State of Ohio,__ _ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid of__~c~_~~u~T J~e. for said imp-
rovements in accordance with the specifications presently on
fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby IS,
accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi I lage Administrator and the Clerk-
Treasurer be, and they hereby are, directed to execute a
contract in the name of the Vii lage with the said JAC~

declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the publ ic
peace and safety for the reason that Phase One of the Dub Ii n
Commun ity Park is scheduled for completion In 1975, and that
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
