AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR" DUBLIN
PARK IMPROVEMENTS": AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~HFREAS, the Vi I lage of Dublin is developinq its first
r1 Community Park, and certain improvements arp npedcd for
.., sa i d Park:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Vi Ilage of Dubl in, State of Ohio, Cp of the elected
members concurring.
SECTION I. That the Vi Ilage Administrator be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to advertise for
two consecutive weeks for the "Dublin Park Improvements"
in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared
by Schooley Cornel ius Associates and presently on fi Ie In
the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shal I be sealed,
and shal I be fi led with the Vi I lage Administrator, of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, before 12:00 Noon lbliTO~ea. 'I ,1975
at which time said bids shall be opened.
~ECTI0~ 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the publ ic health and safety for the
reason that the Vi I lage is developing its first Community
Park, and that these "Dubl in Park Improvements" are needed
", for said Park, and that this Ordinance shall take effect
