I OFFICER FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO: AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY..

force; and
\vHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed, for a Six (6) month pro-
bationary period, Gary Lee Cooper as a reserve police off-
icer of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio; and
'tJHEREAS, the Counc i I of t he V i I I age of Du b I in, Ohio, IS
of the opinion that said Gary Lee Cooper is a suitable
person for such appointment:
NO\v, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the V i II age

SECTION I. That the six (6) month probationary appointment of
Gary Lee Cooper as a Reserve Police Officer of ~he Village of
Dublin, Ohio, be and it is hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. That this appointment is contingent on the afore-
said appointee taking and passing a physical exam i nat. ion.
SECTION 3. That this appointment is to continue as probat-
0 i onary unt i I such time as the aforesaid officer is either
finally confirmed and appointed or unti I he is suspended
or removed from office according to I a\-J.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
