AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PA Y RATE OF ROBERT EGER
AND THOMAS PRESS LE Y .
~ WHEREAS, Ord i nance 16-73 of the Vi I lage of Dublin, Ohio
provides that the Vi I lage Administrator shall have the
right to determine the pay rate of service and mainten-
ance employeeg within specified ranges, with Counci I
approva I ; and
\vHEREAS, the Vi I lage Administrator has determined that
Robert Eger, a service and maintenance employee, should
he paid at the rate of S 3.55 per hour, said amount being
within the prescribed pay range for employee claggification
as a Section Head # I . and

WHE~FAS, the Vi I lage Administrator has determined that
Thomas Pressley, a service and maintenance employee, should
be paid at the rate of $ 4.00 per hour, said amount being
within the prescribed pay range for employee classification
, as a Section Head # 2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the V i II age
of Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members con-

C SECTION I. That the pay rate of Robert Eger of $ 3.55 per hour
and the pay rate of Thomas Pressley of $ 4.00 per hour~ as
determined hy the Vi I lage Administrator, be and +h~y hpreby
are approved: and the said Robert Eger shal I be paid at the
rate of $ 3.55 per hour for performing his duties as a ful 1-
time maintenance man, Sect ion Head # I , and the said Thomas
Press ley sha II be paid at the rate of $ 4.00 per hour for
performing his duties as a full-time maintenance man, Sec-+ ion
Head # '2.
