ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO: 31-78,
THE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TWO-HOUR
0 PARKING LI~ITATIONS ON NORTH AND SOUTH
HIGH STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY:
WHEREAS, ORDINANCE NO: 31-78 ESTABLISHING SAID PARKING LIMITATICN<
ESTABLISHED NO PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD~ED by the Counci I of the Village of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That Ordinance No: 31-78 is hereby amended by adding
the following sub-section:
"Whoever violates Ordinance No: 31-78 shall be fined
not more than $10.00, plus the cost of court."
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation
of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the further reason
that the original Ordinance is not enforceable because of the lad
of a penalty section, therefore, this Ordinance shal I take effect
