AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR RIDS
() FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT AVERY PARK: AND DECLAR-
ING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, in the appropriations for 1979 monies were appropriated
for further improvements at Avery Park:
~,'O\V, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDA I NED by the Counc i I of the V i II age of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby IS,
authorized and directed to advertise for Avery Park Improvements
in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by God-
win-Bohm and presently on file in the Dubl in Municipal Building.

clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the

to meet the recreational needs of the Vi I lage and therefore this
Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
