\vHEREAS, bids have been received for Salt for Vii lage Streets
Snow Contro Ii and
WHEREAS, Counc i I has determ i ned that the bid of .:/:u."?IN47ttWM,, 1'''1 Co
in the amount of $ ;l"~ per ton is the lowest and best
bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vii lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of ~7~1t..,.Wtt- 'SJ..l ~o for the sale to
the Village of Salt for Vii lage Street Snow Control in accordance
with the specifications presently on fi Ie in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby IS, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vii lage Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer
be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a con-
tract in the name of the Vi Ilage with the said ~'T'" ~~"I l.c __
for the purchase by the Village of Salt for Vii lage Street Snow
Contro I in accordance with the specifications presently on file

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the
further reason of "locking in" the bid price therefore this Or-
dinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
