AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE FINAL APPOINTMENT
OF A FULL-TIIvlE POLICE OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE

WHEREAS, Dan i e I Beaudry has satisfactori Iy served a six month pro-
bationary period as a Pol ice Officer of the Vi I lage of Dubl in; anc
W~EREAS, the Mayor has made the final appointment of Daniel Beau-
dryas a ful I-time Police Officer of the Village; and
WHEREAS, Counc i I is of the opinion that the said Daniel Beaudry
is a suitable person for such appointment:
NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the final appointment by the Mayor of Daniel
Beaudry as a ful I-time Police Officer of the Vi I lage of Dubl in,
Ohiom be and rereby i s con fir me d .
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shal I be in force and take effect
from and after the earl iest period al lowed by law.
