AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER, ON BEHALF OF T!![ VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
:1 OHIO, A CONTRACT EMPLOYING A VILLAGE PLANNING CONSULTANT,
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of Dubl in, State of
Ohio, l- of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION I. The Village Administrator be, and hereby IS, authoriz d
and directed to execute and del iver, on behalf of the Village of
Dubl in, a contract employing Godwin-Bohm-NBBJ as Vii lage Plannin
Consultants. A copy of said contract is attached hereto (marked
Exhibit "A") and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The term of said contract between the Vi I lage of
Dublin and Godwin-Bohm-NBBJ shall be from July 2, 1979 through
July 2, 1980.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated a sufficient amount to
pay for the services and expenditures cal led for in said contrac .
SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the immediate health, safety and welfare
of the Village of Dubl in, and for the further reason that the
(J current contract for a Vii lage Planning Consultant has expired.
Therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
