AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE FINAL APPOINTMENTS OF MAINTENANCE
PERSONNEL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
m WHEREAS, Daniel Johnson and Ralph T. McNemar have satisfactoril ~
served a six (6) month probationary period as Maintenance perso 1S
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, the Vi Ilage Administrator has recommended, aft e r
consultation with the Vi Ilage Maintenance Superintendent, the
final appointments of Daniel Johnson and Ralph T. McNemar as
full-time maintenance persons of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio;
and
WHEREAS, Counc i I is of the opinion that said Daniel Johnson
and Ralph T. McNeMar are suitable persons for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the final appointments by the Vi Ilage Admin-
istrator of Daniel Johnson and Ralph T. McNemar as ful I-time
maintenance persons of the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, Ohio be, and
hereby are, confirmed.
D SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shal I take effect and be In
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
