AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND BEST BID
FOR 1979 STREET IMPROVEMENT; AND DECLARING AN
e EMERGENCY:
pursuant to Ordinance 45-79 bids have been solicited and
WHEREAS,
received for said 1979 Street Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Counci I has determined that the biq of i.7~
l'A^,.\'7M1c..'"f'~ -YL in the amount of $ 7~;Z7t'.~ is the lowest and
best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid of HAIt4... ~S7AA1'"7.aJ eo for 1979
Street Improvements, in accordance with plans and specifications
presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and
hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi Ilage Administrator and Clerk-Treasurer be,
and hereby -are, authorized and directed to execute a contract In
the name of the Vii lage with said ~A~ ~~7MX."7'...J f.o for
the 1979 Street Improvements in accordance with the plans and
~ specifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer, and in accordance with the bid of ~ G~u" Co .
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
that these improvements are presently needed and, therefore, this
Ordinance shall take effect on and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
