AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TWO (2) STREET
LIGHTS ON DAVID ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
e OHIO.
WHEREAS, a number of residents of David Road have petitioned
that the Village provide two (2) Street Lights on said Road:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vii lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. Counc i I is of the opinion that these two (2) Street
Lights should be provided therefore, the Village Administrator is
to take the necessary steps to see that said lighting is provided
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
