WHFPEAS there is a need to improve the drainage and
the intersection of Orchard Crest Place and River
Kno II s P I ace:
NO"'! , THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the
Village of Du~lin. State of Ohio,~ of the elected
members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Vi I lage Administrator be, and he
hereby , s, authorized and directed to advertise for
hids for two successive weeks, for the improvement
of Orchard Crest Place and River Knol Is Place by
improving the drainage and reconstructing part of
the intersection, including all labor, materials
and equipment necessary, in accordance with the plans
and ~pecifications prepared by the Vi I lage Engineer
and presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-
Q Treasurer. A II bids shall be sealed, and sha II be
fi led with the Vi I lage Administrator of the Vi Ilage
of Duh I in before 12:00 Noon D.S.T. A.Je. ;t~ , 1975,
at which time said hids shal I be opened.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby
is, declared to be an eme~en~y, measure necessary for
the immediate preservation of the publ ic peace and safety
for the reason that improvement of Orchard Crest Place
and River Knol Is Place is presently needed to protect
the safety of the residents of the Vi I lage, and that
this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force Imm-
ediately upon its passage.
