19-66 Ordinance - .- - - -- .. - ~- ORDINANCE NO. 19 - 66 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO I ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF DICK DENNY AS A SPECIAL POLICEMAN OF THE VILLA GE OF DUBLIN. OHIO, A ND SETTING I THE COMPENSATION OF SAID SPECIAL POLICE- [ MAN I I WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Dick Denny as Special policeman of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that said Dick Denny is a suitable person for such appointment. I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL I OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of Dick Denny, as special policeman of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, be, and it hereby is confirmed. r SECTION 2. That the said Dick Denny, shall be Iw paid at the rate of $1. 50 per hour for such time as he is on police duty as special policeman of the Vil- lage of Dublin, Ohio, SECTION 3. That the said special policeman shall only perform police duty upon the direction of the mayor of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, or in the mayor's absence, by direction of tlE President of Council.
