ORDINANCE NO. 17-~b VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO .,
Authorizing the leasing of a lot needed for municipal purposes
1 " BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, J:z.....
.,., of all members elected thereto, concurring:
SECTION 1, That the following described real estate belonging to
the Pure Oil Co. is needed for municipal purposes:
Being in the Village of Dublin, County of Franklin and
State of Ohio, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at iron pin situated at northeast corner of Lot
146, south 88 feet and West 100 feet, thence North 88 feet
thence East a distance of 100 feet to point of origin,
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized to lease the property from the Pure Oil Company for a term of
I one (1) year at a rental of $1,00 per year and upon such other terms and

I conditions as they see fit.

I SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-

dared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
I the public safety, peace and general welfare and that this Ordinance shall
I take effect immediately upon its passage,
