ORDINANCE NO. /S -66 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
Accepting low bid for a tractor and mower.

I I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio

",rI f the elected members herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to Ordinance No. /~ -fof.o, bids have been
eceived for the purchase of a tractor and mower, and that ihe lowest and best
id for the purchase of the tractor and mower is from the Contractors Equipme t
,ompany, being in the total amount of $3,289.30; that this lowest and best bid
re accepted, and that a contract be entered into with the bidder for the same in '
:the name of the Village by the Mayor. The Mayor is further authorized and
irected to have installed thereon an extra heavy duty six-tread axle, being 52
'nches in width, at an additional cost of $57 . 00.
SECTION 2. That bids have been received for the sale of the old
(..... rractor and mower belonging to the Village, that the highest and best bid is from

~he Contractors Equipment Company for $ 25 0 . 00, that this highest and hest bid
e accepted, and that a contract be entered into with the bidder for the same in
the name of the Village by the Mayor.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declared
r emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
". afety, peace and general welfare and that this Ordinance shall take effect im-
ediately upon its passage.
