Trustees.

I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ~

of the elected members herein concurring:
SECTION I. That pursuant to the authority of Section 755.13 of the
Ohio Revised Code, the authority to supervise and maintain recreation facilitie
is hereby vested in The Board of Park Trustees of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION II. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public safety, peace, and general welfare, and that this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its passage.
