ORDINANCE NO, 13-~ OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
Creating The Board of Park Trustees and the Park Fund,
· i WHEREAS the Council has been informed that certain monies have

- been donated and more will be donated to the Village of Dublin for park and re-
creation purposes for which it is necessary to appoint a Board of Park Trustee
to receive it in a Park Fund; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the CouncH of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ~
of1he elected members herein concurring:

SECrION I. That pursuant to Sections 755.19 to 755,35 inclusive of
the Ohio Revised Code, there is hereby created The Board of Park Trustees of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION II. That The Board of Park Trustees shall have all the
power and authorities and duties granted to it by the Ohio Revised Code.
"- I ~ SECTION III. That all funds received by The Board of Park Trustees

.. shall be deposited in the Park Fund, pursuant to Section 755.22, Ohio Revised
Code.
SECTION IV. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate presel--7=ition of the
public safety, peace, and general welfare, and that this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its passage.
