053-79 Ordinance .. ~ , " - MAY 7' 1979 ORDINANCE NO. S3-71 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEED AND DEDICATION FOR RECORDING FROM GOLDEN BEAR MUIRFIELD, LTD. TO THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN. ( BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, ~ Council members concurring, that: Section 1. The Deed dedicating certain property of Golden Bear Muirfield, Ltd., for street, highway and other public purposes, attached hereto, be and the same is hereby accepted by the Village of Dublin for recording. Section 2. In accordance with applicable law, upon acceptancE of said Deed and public right-of-way, the Village of Dublin, hereafter agrees and assumes responsibility for repair and maintenance of said streets and public highways located within said property. Section 3.
