AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE FOR 1971
BE IT ORDA INED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, b of the elected members thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. OV..7/ , the annual
--" appropriation ordinance for 1971, be and it hereby is amended by decreasing
the appropriation for the Municipal Building by the sum of $3,000.00, thereby
decreasing said appropriation from $4,250.00 to $1,250.00; by decreasing
the appropriation for the Village Engineer by the sum of $1,000.00, thereby
decreasing said appropriation from $5,000.00 to $4,000.00; and by increasing
the appropriation for Safety by the sum of $4,000.00, thereby increasing
said appropriation from $18, 195.00 to $22,195.00.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
