AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR 1979 STREET AND ROAD IMPROVEMENTS: AND
:::J DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, there is a need for Street and Road Improvments in the
Village of Dublin In 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for said Street and
Road Improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications
prepared by the Village Engineer and presently on file in the of-
fice of the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shall be sealed and shall
be filed with the Village Administrator, of the Village of Dublin
Ohio, before II :00 A.M. .::LAlt I , 1979, at which time said
bids shall be publicly opened. The Council of the Village of
Dublin reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ANNUAL APPRO-
PR I AT IONS FOR 1979: AND DECLARING AN
~ EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, in amending the Annual Certificate of Estimated Resources
for 1979, it was found that certain receipts were not included in
said Certificate; and
WHEREAS, the Annual Certificate of Estimated Resources must match
the Annual Appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, S- of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Appropriation in the General Fund for Trans-
fers are hereby increased by the sum of $53,490.00 thereby in-
creasing said Appropriation from $157,160.00 to $210,650.00.
That the appropriation for Capital Improvements-Discretionary are
hereby decreased by the sum of $59,740.00 thereby decreasing said
appropriation from $219,960.00 to $160,220.00.
SECTION 2. That the Appropriations for the General Bond Retire-
ment and Special Assessment Bond Retirement Funds are hereby in-
creased by the sum of $54,970.00, thereby increasing said appro-
0 priation fr.m $146,000.00 to $200,970.00.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these adjustments must be made at the present
time, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
