AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE STREET FUND AND
THE BOND RETIREMENT FUND: AND DECLARING AN
D EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Ordinance for 1979 includes an appro-
priation for Transfers, and;
WHEREAS, these Transfers must be made to meet the obligations of
these the above stated funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of
DUblin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to make a Transfer from the General Fund to the Street
Fund in the amount of $24,000.00 and a Transfer from the General
Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund in the amount of $22,500.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reas on that thes e Trans fers are needed ,to meet the ob-
ligations of the above-mentioned funds and, therefore this Or-
dinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
