AN ORDINANCE TO GRANT EXEMPTIONS FROM THE MANDATORY
SEWER HOOKUP FOR CERTAIN PERSONS.
E WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No: 32-78 passed by
the Village Council on May I, 1978, the Village Ad-
ministrator, with concurrence of Council, may grant
relief from the requirement for mandatory hookup to
the Sanitary Sewer System:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,~ of the elected
members concurring:
SECTION I. Although not residents of the Village of
Dublin at the present time, IF and WHEN the follow-
ing named persons are annexed to the Village of Dub-
lin, Ohio, they shall be exempted from the mandatory
hookup to the Sanitary Sewer System. (This exemption
shall not apply if the property is sold to a new owner)
