AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO: 45-76 RE-
QUIRING "NO TURN ON RED" DESIGNATION AT THE IN-
TERSECTION OF BRIDGE STREET AND HIGH STREET:

WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that Ordinance NO: 45-76 shoul~
be repealed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. Th.t Ordinance NO: 45-76 is hereby repealed, and fur-
ther that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized and dir-
ected to remove .11 the "NO TURN ON RED" signs at the intersect-
ion of Bridge Street and High Street.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
gency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety, and for the further reason that
Council is of the opinion that these signs should be removed as
soon as possible, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
