AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID
FOR TWO (2) NEW POLICE CRUISERS, LESS TRADE-
[ INS, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
AND CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinances No: 18-79 and 22-79 bids have
been received for the sale -to the Village of two (2) new pol ice
cruisers, less trade-ins; and: ~

WHEREAS, Counci I has determined that the bid of ~6L~-MItf,.I~J-~1 1.14
for the two (2) cruisers, less trade-ins, is the lowest best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid of "";~tL:w +- for the sale to the

Village of two new cruisers, less trade-ins, in accordance with
the specifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-
Treasurer be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasur-
er be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute
a contract in the name of the Village with the said NllJ)"AtMt\J "11.., ~
for the purchase by the Village of two new cruisers, less trade-
".... ins, in accordance with the specifications presently on file in
the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and in accor~ance with the said

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
