Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTIONh. That R. Richard Royce be and hereby is retained as an
independent contractor as a Building Inspection Consultant for

SECTION 2. That said R. Richard Royce shall be paid at the rate
of $12.00 per hour for his services performed as Building Inspec-
t ion Consu Itant.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declar-
ed an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety, and for the further rea-
son that the previous ordinance retaining Mr. Royce has expired.
Therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force im-
,.... mediately upon its pass_ge.
