AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND/OR BEST
81D FOR TWO (2) NEW 1979 TRACTORS~~QUIPPED WITH A
( MOWE R' : AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS I pursuant to Ordinance NO: 16,,79, bids have been received
for the sale to the Vi Ilage of two (2) new 1979 Tractors equipped
with Mowers, and:

est and/or best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, S- of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of fJAIl.4077 INI~"I.",~Nl 4> for the sale
to the Village of two (2) new 1979 Tractors equipped with~ower.
in accordance with the specifications presently on fi Ie in the
office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby IS, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi I lage Administrator and the Clerk-Treasur-
er be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a
contract in the name of the Vii lage with the said 'PAIU.O -r T

1 fications presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer,

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre
servation of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the fur-
ther reason that these Tractors should be ordered immediately so
as to be available to maintain efficient services in the V i II age
and, therefore, this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
