BID FOR A "ROAD ROLLER", AUTHORIZING THE VIL-
LAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK-TREASURER TO EX-
,... ECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance NO: 17-79, bids have been received
for the sale to the Vi I lage of Dubl in a new "Road Roller" and:
WHEREAS, Counc i I has determined that the bid of ~,~ ""pDW~
..,. t."",,?mw' , in the amount of $ deqSD..~ is the lowest
and/or best bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~__ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of )1\)1';, POWOL for the sale to the
Vi I lage of a new "Road Roller " in accordance with the specificati )ns
presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and
hereby IS, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi Ilage Administrator and the Clerk-Treasure~
be and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a con-
tract in the name of the Vi I lage with the said ~"""~ PIJwBt,.
for the purchase by the Vii lage of a new "Road Roller" in accord-
"..,. ance with the specifications presently on fi Ie in the office of
the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid of

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
futher reason that a "Road Roller" is presently needed to maintai
efficient services in the Vii lage and therefore, this Ordinance
sha II take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
