H WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Robert. McCoy as the new

i1 WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that said Robert McCoy is

il a qualified and suitable person for such office 'and has given its advice, ;
11 approval and consent to the appointment of Robert ~cCoy as Building :
