ORDINANCE NO. 01-7.1 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINANCE CONFIRMING A PPOINTMENT OF
RESERVE POLICEWOMAN AND DECLA RING
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Patricia Marie Miller as
.' ~ Reserve Policewoman of the Village of Dublin; and

~ c--" WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said person is suitable

for such appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, .s- of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1.
That the appointment by the Mayor of Patrici~ Marie Miller as a
Reserve Policewoman of the Village be, and it hereby is, confirmed.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance be;'and the same hereby is, declared to be
;- '-. an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
I ~ .
L:: public peace, health, and safety for the reason that said person's' services
as a Reserve Policewoman are presently needed to protect the peace, health
and safety of the residents of the Village of Dublin, and that this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
