Accepting the bid of David Headlee for Garbage and Rubbish Collection
C in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a contrac

..., BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio
I L of the members concurring:
, SECTION 1. That the bid of David Headlee for garbage and rubbish
collection in the Villa'ge of Dublin, Ohio, being the lowest and best bid for the
work, be accepted, and that the Mayor enter into a contract with David
Headlee in the form attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and hereby is declared to be an
emergency measure, necessary for the public safety and general welfare of
the Village of Dublin, and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
r~ force immediately upon passage.

6. When a holiday falls on Saturday or other designated day of
pickup, trash collection shall be made for that week on a day

7. David Headlee shall not be required to pickup refuse or

garbage if it is in containers over 30 gallons in size.
8. Any brush, newspapers and magazines shall be tied in bundles

9. It is further mUtually agreed that the contractor shall carry

shall carry and pay all lawful payroll and unemployment com-

12. The Village of Dublin agrees to pay to David Headlee for

13. Said Village shall pay to said David Headlee for services
