207.04 UTILITIES I
Section 1. The Subdivision Regulations Ordinance No. 27-74
and Section 205.09 thereof be and hereby are amended to read as
follows:
205.09 The location, invert elevation, and size
of existing and proposed sanitary sewers, 'vater mains,
street lights and surface drainage facilities, provided
however, that all utility services shall be constructed
underground.
