AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND ENACTING A
SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has
completed a supplement (S -22) to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Dublin
which includes amendments to the Personnel Code effective on June 20,
2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, r of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That supplement S -22 to the Dublin Code of Ordinances as
submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, and
as attached hereto, be and the same hereby is adopted by reference as if set
out in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day
of its adoption and approval by the Legislative Authority, and the Clerk of
Council is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the
copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk of
Council.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is effective upon passage, in accordance
with Section 4.04(a)(5) of the Revised Charter.

RE: Ordinance 79-07- Code Update
Summary:
The attached ordinance adopts a supplement (S -22) to the Dublin Code of
Ordinances. This supplement includes the amendments to the Personnel Code
which were effective on June 20, 2007.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that Council dispense with the public hearing and approve
Ordinance 79 -07. The Charter provides that a recodification is effective upon
adoption.
