AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE FINAL APPOINTMENT
OF ROBIN GElS AND RICHARD HAYS TO THE POSITION
r OF "SERGEANT" ON THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
POLICE DEPARTMENT.
....... WHEREAS, Robin Geis and Richard Hays have satisfactori Iy served
a six month probationary period in the position of "Sergeant" on
the Police Department of the Vi I lage of Dublin, Ohio, and:
WHEREAS, the Mayor has made final appointment of these two (2)
officers to the rank of Sergeant and:
WHEREAS, Counc i I is of the opinion that the two (2) officers are
suitable persons for such appointments:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dublin, State of O~io, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the final appointment.sby the Mayor of Robin Geis
and Richard Hays to the rank of "Sergeant" in the Vi I lage of Dub-
I in, Ohio, Pol ice Department be, and hereby are, confirmed.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period al lowed by law.
