AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
ORD INANCE NO. 21-70 TO AMEND SECTION 308.041
CHANGING THE MINIMUM LOT AREA FOR THE R-4

WHEREAS, in the interests of the public health, safety and I
welfare, the present minimum lot area of Eighty-Five Hundred
(8500) square feet per dwelling unit in the R-4 zoning district
is not adequate, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to change said minimum square
footage requirement,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, ~ members concurring, that:
Section 1. Section 308.041 of the Zoning Ordinance,
Ordinance No. 21-70 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
r 308.041 Lot Area and Coverage. For each dwelling
unit there shall be a lot area not less than Ten

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in I
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. I
