ORDINANCE NO.DS" -66 OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO

Accepting the bid of G. R. Bare, Inc. for the improvement of
r Fifth A'lley and authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with G. R. Bare,

-. Inc. for such improvement and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, to of the members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of G. R. Bare, Inc. for the improvement of
Fifth Alley (Street Improvements Contract "A "), being the lowest and best bid
for the work, be accepted, and that the Mayor enter into a contract with G, R.
Bare, Inc., for the improvement in the name of the Village, upon the bidder
giving bond to the satisfaction of the Mayor in the sum of $1780,00 within ten
days from the date of this Ordinance; and that the Clerk transmit a copy hereof
to G. R. Bare, Inc,
~ SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and hereby is declared to be an
emergency measure, necessary for the public safety and general welfare of
the Village of Dublin, and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force immediately upon passage.
