ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF
RESERVE POLICEMAN AND DECLARING EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Mayor, has appointed Herbert Jones as Reserve
~~ Policeman of the Village of Dublin; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by council of Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, S- of the elected members concurring:
SEC TION 1.
That the appointment by the Mayor of Herbert Jones as a Reserve
Policeman of the Village be, and it hereby is, confirmed.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
