ORDINANCE f<..O-65 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
An ordinance providing for change of zoning of property hereinafter des-
^ cribed from Commercial District A to Commercial District B, under the

.. General Zoning Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
WHEREAS Council of the Villgge of Dublin, Ohio has submitted to the I
Planning Commission the proposed modification, changing the zoning from
Commercial District A to Commercial District B, the following described I
property, and the said Planning Commission has unanimously proposed and
recommended the aforesaid change, and that Council did set the matter down
for hearing after the Notice prescribed by law, and I

WHEREAS said proposed hearing was held on the 13th day of December,
1965 at 8:00 p.m.
SECTION 1, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,

r that the following described property in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin,

and the Village of Dublin, and being

4 lots facing Bridge Street on the North side of Bridge I
Street, said lots beingthe four lots between the property
owned by the Board of Education on the \Y..~st and the
first alley west of High Street on the 'east.
shall be and hereby is, zoned Commercial District B and shall be under the
regulations as set forth in Ordinance 03-54 of the General Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio and amendments thereto pertaining to Commer-
cial District B, and that said premises may be used for any commercial pur-
poses as set forth in the Rules and Regulations governing the Commercial
District B in Ordinance No. 03-54 and amendments thereto.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to

for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village of ,

Dublin and the inhabitants thereof and that the Ordinance shall take effect and
