BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State

of Ohio, !;J of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract for
sewerage services between the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and the City of
Columbus, Ohio, on the terms contained in the Agreement attached hereto
which is hereby made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
