ORDINANCE /9-65 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
A mending the General Zoning Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
r' WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has submitted to the

Planning Commission the proposed amendment, a change ,in the Zoning Ordi-
nance of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and that said Planning Commission has
unanimously proposed and recommended the amendment and change in the
Zoning Law and the Council did set the matter down for hearing after the
Notice prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, such proposed hearing was held on the 13th day of December,
1965, at 8 :00 p. m.
SECTION 1, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
that Ordinance 3-54 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, be amended by deleting
the words "veterinary hospital" and by adding a sentence at the end of Section p

the prior approval of the plans and specifications by the Zoning and Planning
Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,"
SECTION 2, That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure for the public health and general welfare of the
Village ofI>.ublin, Ohio, for the reasons that the foregoing will protect and
will be for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the
village of Dublin and the inhabitants thereof, and that this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
