ORDINANCE 18 -~S VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
An ordinance amending the Appropriations Ordinance, Ordin-
ance No. 05-65 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, providing for
an increase in the appropriations for Trash Collection, Police

I Expenditure, and Truck and Tractor Expenditures, and to declare

an emergency.
Be it Ordained by the Council of the village of Dublin,
Ohio, six of the members herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following paragraphs of the Appropri-
ations Ordinance, Ordinance No. 05-65 are hereby amended in
part to read as follows:
A-II Trash Collection $ 2.600.00
B- 4 Police Expenditure $ 750.00
H & I-II Truck and Tractor Expenditures $ 400.00
(' SECTION 2. That those parts of existing paragraphs of Or-
I dinance No. 05-65, A-II, B-4, and H & I-II inconsistent herewith

are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public
health and general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for
the reason that the prior appropriations were inadequate.
