ORDINANCE '7-65 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
An ordinance providing for the change of zoning of the property hereinafter
I
described to General Commercial Zoning, and shall be added to Commercial
~" District B under the General Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,

WHEREAS Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio has submitted to the
Planning Commission the proposed modification, changing the zoning from I
I
Residential to Commercial Zoning and added to Commercial District B of the I
following described property, and that said Planning Commission has unani- I
I

mously proposed and recommended the foresaid change, and that Council did
set the matter down for hearing after the Notice prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS said proposed hearing was held on the 9th day of November, I

SECTION 1. Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, I
that the following described 'property in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, I

part of Township 2 North, Range 19 West, U, S, Military Lands, and describ d

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly right- of-way
line of Dublin-Granville Road (Ohio Route 161) and the westerly line of a
6,262 acre tract of land deeded to Glenn L, and Villis V, Sprinkle by deed
of record in Deed Book 2236 ,Page 373, Recorder's Office, Franklin
Crifty, Olio, said point being 30 feet northerly by perpendicular measure-
ment from the centerline of Dublin-Granville Road and said point also be-
ing at the existing corporation line of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; thence
northerly along the westerly line of said 6.262 acre tract a distance of
1, ~09 feet to the northwesterly corner of said 6,262 acre tract; thence
easterly along the northerly line of said 6.262 acre tract and along a por-
tion of the northerly line of a 20,838 acre tract of land deeded to Lyman I

Smith and Frances S. Latham by deed of record in Deed Book 1228, Page
287, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, a distance of 1040.10 feet
passing an iron at 239.73 feet which is the North East corner of the 6,262
C.: acre tract teOepn iron pin; thence in a general southerly direction a distanc
of 1099. 84fto the Dublin corporation line; thence in a general westerly
direction along the corporation line of the Village of Dublin, a distance of
approximately 1041.10 feet, to the place of beginning,

added to the Commercial District B, and shall be under the regulations as se
forth in Ordinance 03-54 of the General Zoning Ordinance of the Village of

Dublin and amendments thereto pertaining to Commercial District B and that

said premises may be used for any commercial purpose as set forth in the I

~ SECTION 2, That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to

be an emergency measure for the public health and general welfare of the I
Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reasons that the foregoing will protect and be
for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village of
I
Dublin and the inhabitants thereof and that the Ordinance shall take effect and
I
be in force immediately upon its passage,
