16-65 Ordinance -. -- - . .. - -- -- - - - . . - - - - . . ---- - ~ ~ ORDINA NCE 1~-t,';)VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO An ordinance providing for change in zoning of the property hereinafter described to General Commercial Zoning, and shall be added to Commercial ("' District B under the General Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. I .. WHEREAS Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio has submitted to the Planning Commission the proposed modification, changing the zoning from Residential to Commercial Zoning and added to Commercial District B. of the following described property, and that said Planning Commission has unani- mously proposed and recommended the foresaid change, and that Council did set the matter down for hearing after the Notice prescribed by law, and WHEREAS said proposed hearing was held on the 9th day of November, 1965, SECTION 1. Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, that the following described property in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, I .. I and the Village of Dublin, to-wit: Situated in the Township of Perry and a .. part of Township 2 North, Range 19 West, U. S. Military Lands, and being a portion of an 85.83 acre tract of land deeded to John 1. Thomas by deed of record in Deed Book 1258, Page 597, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and also being a portion of Lot No. 3 of a plat of lands of Chauncey McGurer (Plat Book 12, Page 27, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio), and bounded and described as follows: I Beginning at a nail in the centerline of Tuller Road, said nail located S 790 581 E a distance of 1,200.00 feet from a nail at the intersection of the centerlines of Riverside Drive (Ohio Route 257) and Tuller Road and at " .the northwest corner of said Lot No.3; thence S 790 58' E along the center line of Tuller Road and the north line of said Lot No. 3 a distance of 477.1 feet to a nail; thence S 100 02' W perpendicular to the centerline of Tuller f'" Road a distance of 914.06 feet to an iron pin in the south line of said Lot No. 3 and the south line of said 85.83 acre tract (passing an iron pin at ... 16.50 feet); thence N 790 41' W along the south line of said Lot No. 3 and the south line of said 85.83 acre tract a distance of 477.18 feet to an iron pin; thence N 100 02' E perpendicular to the centerline of Tuller Road a distance of 911.70 feet to the place of beginning (passing an iron pin at 895.20 feet); containing 10.000 acres of land more or less and being sub- ject to all legal highways. I -- . - --- -- - . - --- - - 1 - - shall be and is hereby zoned for General Commercial Zoning and hereby is added to the Commercial District B, and shall be under the Regulations as set forth in Ordinance 03-54 of the General Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Dublin and amendments thereto pertaining to Commercial District B and that ('l said premises may be used for any commercial purpose as set forth in the I - Rules and Regulations governing the Commercial District B in Ordinance No. I 03-54 and amendments thereto.
