ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF
STREET COMMISSIONER

is a suitable person for such office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by council of the

Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring:
SEC TION 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of

the Village for the year 1971, be and it hereby is
confirmed.
SEC TION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the earliest period
allowed by law.
