AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2-A OF ORDINANCE 3-54 PROVIDING
FOR THE ZONING OF CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS IN THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the village of Dublin,
r-1 Ohio -~ members elected herein concurring:

'-' SECTION 1. That section 2 ( a) of Article I of Ordinance
3-54 for the zoning of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
In the Residential District one and two family dwelling
houses only, with necessary outbuildings and fences, shall be
permitted to be erected; provided, however, that any building
heretofore erected and now in use in such district for churches,
schools, libraries or fraternal societies may continue in such
use and further, that churches, mortuaries, public buildings,
schools, public libraries, community center buildings, fraternal

I soc ieties, private clubs, public parks and playgrounds may be
l I created and used within such residential district, Article 2(c)
notwithstanding, upon the granting of special permission and
approval by the Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. That existing Section 2(a) of Article I of
zoning Ordinance Number 3-54, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be and the same hereby is
determined to be an emergency measure, necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health, safety and general
welfare in that this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon passage
