""..... . e t ORDINANCE NO.~ OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO Accepting application for annexation of territory. r---'\ Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio: I ~ SECTION 1. That the application of Earl C. Headlee, et al., for the annexation of the following described territory in the County of Franklin, Perry Township, and adjacent to the Village of Dublin, to-wit: Situated in Township 2 North, Range 19 West, U. S. Military Lands, and in the Township of Perry, County of Franklin, State of Ohio, and I bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly right-of- way line of Dublin-Granville Road (Ohio Route 161) and the westerly line of a 6.262 acre tract of land deeded to Glenn L. and Villis V. Sprinkle by deed of record in Deed Book 2236, Page 373, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said point being 30 feet northerly by perpendicular measurement from the centerline of Dublin-Granville Road and said point also being at a corner of the existing corporation line of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; thence northerly along the westerly line of said 6.262 acre tract and the existing corporation I line of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, a distance of 1, 109 feet to the northwesterly corner of said 6.262 acre tract; thence easterly along the northerly line of said 6.262 acre tract and along a portion of the northerly line of a 20.838 acre tract of land deeded to Lyman Smith and Frances S. Lathan by deed of record in Deed Book 1728; Page 287, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and along the existing C corporation line of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, a distance of 415 feet to the southwesterly corner of a 79.561 acre tract of land deeded to Samuel McGurer by deed of record in Deed Book 1911, Page 34, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio; thence northerly along a portion of the westerly line of said 79.561 acre tract and the existing corporation line of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, a distance of 935.19 feet to a corner of a 59.615 acre tract of land which is a portion of an 85.83 acre tract of land deeded to John 1.
