'-" Be It Ordanined by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, 5 members present herein concurring. SECTION I. The Mayor of the Village of Dublin and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into with the Board of County Commissioners i of Franklin County, Ohio, the proposed contract attached hereto. SECTION II. Said first party hereby agrees to furnish, when com- .' , ,"10. pleted, a copy of the said preliminary engineering report in its entirety to the party of the second part for its exclusive use and benefit in the event plans for the integrated county-wide ~ improvement system is not realized or consummated.
